The explosive rise in the popularity of sushi cannot be exemplified more than today’s review. Having sushi daily stations in most major supermarkets seems like a good idea, but does it work?
“Your sushi artisans” … quite a bald claim to be honest, especially when it’s placed in the middle of ASDA. There is quite a nice variety to be fair to them, and all of the fish looks pretty good. Having said that when you look at the prices … fucking hell, you will find your underwear heavily soiled. There are so many places that offer better and much cheaper sushi just down the road.
Due to the absolutely repugnant prices I went with the veggie option. As you can see here it is … interesting. Carrot does not work with sushi, and neither does cream cheese, there I said it. This didn’t tase of anything really, a total miss. I can’t imagine what the fish would be like, but there is no way I am going to be trying it any time soon.
Conclusion – Sushi Daily
Sometimes convenience is one of the worst things to happen to a dish. Sushi is a dish with few moving parts, but each one of those parts contains an enormous amount of complexity. Smashing together something that looks like sushi and selling at a premium is quite frankly insulting. Do not support this establishment.
