BiBimBap

The everchanging face of the City of London, it seems like eateries are shedding their skins on an almost weekly basis. This place is brand new, right smack bang in the middle of the city. Let’s have a look and see if BiBimBap is any good.

The entrance to BiBimBap

Much like the rest of city, it totally covered in scaffolding. Due to this I had’t noticed that it had opened. None the less the promise of fried chicken and rice at a reasonable rate was more than enough to entice me in. I do have to say everything on this menu is really well priced, I didn’t think you could get anything here and feel like you haven’t got good value for money.

I went for the fried chicken and rice. It was superb, and well priced. Just look at that guy, super tender and full of flavor. Additionally the rice was light and super fluffy, a fantastic combo. The sauce was also sublime, when companied with the rice it made for a filling and fulfilling meal.

The spicy seasoning they sprinkled over the top was the cherry on the icing. If you are still not a spice fan do not be afraid, it offered a very moderate level of heat but was packed full of flavor.

Conclusion – BiBimBap

BiBimBap is a fantastic addition to the City of London’s eateries. Incredibly well priced, especially for the area, with generous portions which are full of flavor. There isn’t really much more you could ask for from a lunch spot in the city. I hope that they are able to sustain a good level of business so that they can stay open.
